The name may say Ruenchomkwan Homestay but Ithink more correctly it is a boutique guesthouse in Phayao. It is well located on the lake road and is over loooking the lake. It offer a wide range of rooms form rooms with no en-suite bathrooms right up to large bedrooms with en-suites and fully air-conditioned.

 

They also run the Pedal Boats.

 

 

 

Outside the front door you will find restaurants and truly friendly Thai atmosphere as well as a short walk to see the nightly water show and in the other direction is the city park where the fitness equipment is found.

 

Prices are : as of April 2010
1 Room with no toilet 500B
5 Rooms with toilet 600 or 700 B
2 Family rooms  1,000 baht
