Cupcake Phayao - coffe and Bakery shop

If you are fortunate to find yourself in the city of Phayao and in dire need for some coffee or cake, then my I recommend "Cupcake" which is located on the lakeside road near the Home-stay.

The English speaking owner offer homemade cakes and proper brewed coffee which in any restaurant is truly hard to find in the north of Thailand. She learnt her trade in New Zealand and Australia so the coffee and bakery treats are to die for.

My daughter in the garden enjoying her ice-cream.

The garden setting is a quiet place to relax and chill or in the small shop there has internet connection for customers use.

The cupcake owner is one of the many joys that makes a road trip to Phrayao worth the journey. Shown her with my youngest daughter.

I've never been to Thailand but in the next few years I'm planning to go on a cruise around Asia.
The place looks really homey & I bet the food is delicious as well. So when my cruise happens, I'll make sure Pharayao, Thailand is included in my pitstops.
