Simple Red Curry Paste


INGREDIENTS:
7               Dried Red Chili (Seeds removed)
1    tsp.     Galangal
1    tbsp.    Garlic
1    tbsp.    Lemon grass
1    tsp.      Kaffir lime (zest )out side skin
1    tsp.      Shrimp Paste
5                Black Pepper corns
½  tsp.    Salt


How To Prepare:
Pounded all the ingredients together until thoroughly ground

Note: To remove seeds from dried red peppers is easiest to soak chillies till soft then slice vertically and remove seeds.
